New Magic format

Anyone has ever wonder about doing a new format which will make the game more interesting? I have an idea of creating a deck which consist:

1) 4 nos of Mythic Rare

2) 8 nos of Rare

3) 12 nos of Uncommon

4) remaining can be separate between land and common cards.

I think a card format which consist of all level of cards will make the game more interesting and requires more thinking in creating the deck.

What do you all think?
